What the job involves

• Engage with candidates referred by charity partners guiding them through the process of securing a job in the hospitality industry
• Conduct phone screenings assess qualifications and match candidates with job vacancies or training opportunities
• Track candidate progress and handle essential administrative duties ensuring a seamless experience
• Initiate contact with candidates referred to the online portal as a welcoming voice
• Verify candidate eligibility and provide guidance about the hospitality industry and charity’s mission
• Search for job opportunities within the network of employers and match candidates accordingly
• Guide candidates to learning and development opportunities such as recruitment fairs
• Build and maintain strong supportive relationships with candidates
• Ensure accurate data records and contribute to monitoring and reporting efforts
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other team members for a smooth candidate process
• Represent the charity at various events including prison visits and recruitment fairs
