  • Source high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Screen engage and build strong relationships with candidates throughout live searches
  • Support the Founder with diary management personal assistance and wider PA tasks
  • Assist with marketing activity events and roundtable coordination
  • Use AI and marketing tools to improve sourcing outreach and brand visibility
