Day to day
- Source high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Screen engage and build strong relationships with candidates throughout live searches
- Support the Founder with diary management personal assistance and wider PA tasks
- Assist with marketing activity events and roundtable coordination
- Use AI and marketing tools to improve sourcing outreach and brand visibility
