Day to day

  • Identify and engage high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Screen and build strong relationships with candidates while managing live search pipelines
  • Provide proactive PA support to the Founder including diary management personal support and coordination
  • Support marketing activity and help organise delivery of events roundtables and brand visibility initiatives
  • Use AI and marketing tools to strengthen sourcing outreach and recruitment effectiveness
