Day to day
- Support XRUK teams by writing clear roles and opportunities for recruitment drives.
- Respond to applicants, manage candidate engagement, and help onboard and orient new volunteers into teams.
- Create training plans, complete admin updates, and check in with members to improve role fit and team effectiveness.
