Requirements
- Five or more years of successful multi-unit leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple retail automotive restaurant hospitality or service locations
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing P&Ls and operational metrics
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing managers
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region

Day to day
- Lead and coach General Managers and their leadership teams across six service centers
- Drive sales growth profitability and operational excellence through strong regional oversight
- Analyze P&L labor inventory and key metrics to improve business performance
- Recruit hire develop and retain high-performing talent while building accountability and teamwork
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance coaching execution and exceptional customer experience
