Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years in the recruitment sector either agency or in house
  • Manage high volume recruitment activity effectively and efficiently manage and prioritise workload
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management in a previous role
  • Willing to work remotely from home with occasional travel within the region
  • Energy drive ambition and determination to deliver results and make a difference

What the job involves

  • Manage the end-to-end resourcing journey from posting the role on our recruitment system advertising the role on job boards screening arranging interviews managing interview feedback through to the offer and screening
  • Be responsible for attraction advertising attending job fairs career events on occasion and supporting social media and attraction campaigns with our external agency
  • Report on vacancy numbers pipeline of candidates interviews arranged offers from interviews
  • Urgent about temp to perm conversions time to hire and supporting candidates in compliance
  • Use our recruitment system (ATS) to record all vacancy attraction and candidate movement ensuring its fully compliant and auditable
  • Be resilient and confident with high volume recruitment using creative sourcing techniques to find the best candidates
