Day to day
- Ensure the team of search agents operates efficiently and within SLA
- 'Monitor performance, manage team, report and complete ad hoc tasks to meet customer needs
- 'Support and advise the team with complex queries or problems
- Maintain accurate recording of information for search production and provide necessary reports
- Ensure team coverage for workload, holidays, and absences in order to deliver searches timely
- 'Work with HR to address poor performance and employee issues
- 'Act as a leader and coach to set goals and provide support, training, and resources
- Visit Councils and Water Utility Companies for data collection as needed
- Keep updated with all relevant information and maintain relationships with external entities to improve processes
