Role

What the job involves

Ensure the team of search agents operates efficiently and within SLA
'Monitor performance, manage team, report and complete ad hoc tasks to meet customer needs
'Support and advise the team with complex queries or problems
Maintain accurate recording of information for search production and provide necessary reports
Ensure team coverage for workload, holidays, and absences in order to deliver searches timely
'Work with HR to address poor performance and employee issues
'Act as a leader and coach to set goals and provide support, training, and resources
Visit Councils and Water Utility Companies for data collection as needed
Keep updated with all relevant information and maintain relationships with external entities to improve processes
