Requirements
- Strong experience within ISP wireless networking or telecommunications engineering
- Excellent understanding of WiMAX wireless broadband and networking technologies
- Experience installing and maintaining Ubiquiti and MikroTik infrastructure
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

Day to day
- Lead regional field engineering activities while delivering exceptional service across the VFAST network.
- Carry out installations maintenance fault resolution and infrastructure upgrades safely and to high engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement across the regional operation.
