Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in law with strong academic and law firm credentials
- 5+ years' experience in wealth and trading or related investment services financial markets or asset management
- Private practice experience at a top law firm and preferably some in-house experience
- Knowledge of MiFID II MiFIR EMIR PRIIPS UCITS and related frameworks
- Business-oriented mindset with ability to deliver actionable legal solutions
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
- Broad securities or asset management experience and good understanding of financial markets
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability with strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English

Day to day
- Support the launch of investment products and services through legal assessments customer documents and ongoing advice
- Advise stakeholders on complex regulatory issues covering product structuring marketing and promotion
- Research intricate legal questions and deliver practical analyses recommendations and risk guidance
- Handle customer complaints disputes and draft review and negotiate regulatory agreements policies and procedures
