Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer Product Owner Product Manager or Scrum Master with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Engineering or related field
- Current SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification required
- SAFe Agile SPC Certification strongly preferred
- Strong operational understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies practices and IT concepts
- Strong facilitation skills for PI Planning Inspect & Adapt workshops and other SAFe ceremonies
- Problem-solving skills with strong mediation abilities
- Clear communication skills to deliver complex messages and teach new concepts
- Proven leadership experience with persuasive negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teamwork across teams and organizations
- Fully committed to transparency in all situations
- Understanding of Jira Miro and Trello
- Ability to navigate Confluence Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Day to day
- Refine software development processes and strengthen cross-functional technical delivery within a mature SAFe Agile environment.
- Facilitate PI Planning ART Sync and other key SAFe routines while aligning goals scope and solution understanding across the Agile Release Train.
- Coach mentor and remove impediments for teams stakeholders and leadership while managing risks bottlenecks escalations and continuous improvement efforts.
