- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Data Science or related discipline OR commensurate work experience.
- 3+ years' experience in Rust programming and smart contract integration.
- Strong understanding of smart contract architectures and blockchain security principles.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and version control systems.
