Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate degree in Business Management or Administration, or in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of Tax or Assurance resource management or workforce planning experience
- Ability to apply resource management procedures and policies to assigned business units and business leaders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel with pivot tables, macros, and pivot charts
- Solid understanding of financial statements and utilization metrics
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical skills
- Strong oral presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint effectively
- Up to 10% travel may be required

Day to day
- Monitor utilization levels against business plans for a designated service line or geography, identifying adverse variances and staffing issues
- Approve resource requests, PTO, CPE, and other items in the RM technology tool while maintaining efficient workflow
- Coordinate workforce planning using specialization needs, timing constraints, staffing continuity, and geographic considerations, while delivering monthly staffing metrics and supporting business leaders
