- Experienced HR generalist partnering with management teams
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation including ER and HR best practices
- Experience in talent acquisition and retention
- Deliver tailored, innovative and creative solutions

- Use data to inform decisions and drive change
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Manage and deliver HR projects
- Qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
- Retail experience desirable
- Willing to travel regularly
- Valid UK driving licence desirable
