Requirements
- 6+ years in revenue cycle management financial analysis or payment operations
- Direct experience in benefit funding claims banking or healthcare payment operations preferred
- Experience mentoring junior staff or leading cross-functional workstreams
- Extensive experience in account reconciliation
- Experience using AI and data tools such as Claude and Looker
- Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with Product and Engineering
- Proficiency in Asana Jira and Looker

Day to day
- Oversee end-to-end movement of benefit funds through Maven's payments infrastructure, ensuring transaction accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Own client invoicing for benefit funding programs and reconcile complex claims bank account transactions and balances with high integrity.
- Monitor clinic and provider payments against timeliness standards, investigate delays, and partner with operations to resolve root causes.
- Lead root cause analyses, improve financial controls, automate workflows, and support month-end close and client success with actionable reconciliation insights.
