Requirements
- 5 years of experience in compliance product risk technical compliance audit or similar risk roles at a FinTech payment provider or bank
- Experience designing and implementing risk based KYC and KYB programs for business or merchant onboarding
- Experience working at a technical level with product managers and engineers and writing technical requirements documentation
- Success managing complex cross functional projects driving consensus and managing expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with external partners
- Experience sourcing and using data to analyze problems inform strategic decisions and measure control effectiveness
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work efficiently independently in a fast paced high volume technology driven environment
- Interest in financial rules and regulations and in driving financial technology forward

Day to day
- Partner with Product Engineering and compliance teams to design and implement risk based KYC and KYB controls for financial account capital and issuing products
- Design scalable funds flow models for global payment networks and translate complex network rules into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Develop technical compliance documentation and work across stakeholders to enable responsible product launches and international expansion
