What the job involves
The role is a customer-first position focusing on troubleshooting software applications, platforms, and cloud services.
You will work with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand situations from both technology and business perspectives.
Responsibilities include deep-diving into technical issues, driving solutions, analyzing data to find and resolve issues, including coding where needed, and liaising with internal teams to create viable solutions for customers.
Shift-based including 1 weekend day in a 5-day rota but no out-of-hours work.
