Requirements
- Mid-senior experience building production robotics or autonomy systems
- Strong C++ and Python skills including profiling debugging and performance tuning
- Knowledge of kinematics dynamics controls estimation and motion planning
- Experience with perception computer vision sensor fusion and/or SLAM
- Familiarity with ROS2 CI/CD simulation workflows and hardware-in-the-loop testing

- Embedded optimization experience
Day to day
- Design and ship autonomy features across perception localization mapping planning and control loops
- Build and maintain robotics software stacks using ROS2 middleware and sensor drivers
- Integrate sensors and implement sensor fusion pipelines while developing computer vision and perception systems
- Run QA evaluation regression testing and failure mode analysis in simulation and on robot hardware
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy updates monitor telemetry and improve safety and performance
