Requirements

  • Prior experience in travel planning tour operations hospitality or adventure tourism
  • Luxury safari or wildlife travel experience is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication and presentation skills with clients and groups
  • Calm solutions-focused problem-solving in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Familiarity with travel booking or itinerary platforms is beneficial
  • Passion for wildlife conservation and safari destinations
  • Knowledge of major safari destinations African wildlife and local cultures
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom

Day to day

  • Plan and coordinate bespoke safari experiences for affinity partners and private travellers
  • Engage with clients and partners to understand preferences budget and itinerary needs
  • Manage logistics create itineraries and support smooth travel operations across safari destinations
  • Maintain wildlife and conservation knowledge and provide expert guidance to travellers
  • Support emergency response and resolve urgent client issues in the field
