Requirements

  • Professionally fluent in English and French with ability to read write and deliver training in both languages
  • Experience delivering virtual and live sales training role plays call coaching certifications and workshops
  • Ability to own and lead new hire onboarding for EMEA SDRs and expand development for AEs
  • Ability to identify performance gaps and align training priorities with regional sales leaders
  • Experience managing and evolving enablement content playbooks and resources
  • Ability to conduct assessments live listening sessions and provide actionable coaching
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales Marketing Product and Revenue Operations
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10 to 25 percent

Day to day

  • Deliver engaging virtual and live training sessions in English and French to strengthen sales performance
  • Lead onboarding and development programs for EMEA SDRs and later Account Executives across the region
