Requirements
- Bachelors and/or graduate degree in a related field (i.e Business Administration)
- 2+ years of related sales experience
- Experience in successfully selling compliance services and familiar with UK Legislation
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Confident in cold calling and creating leads through self-generation
- Confident telephone manner and ability to present to groups of people
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Day to day
- Execute sales strategy aligned to the market and business needs.
- Attend client meetings either face to face or via team to identify client challenges and provide solutions via HBI services.
- Handle telephone, website, and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a good level of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Use the CRM system to create opportunities, manage pipeline, and track all activities.
- Report all sales activity to Sales Manager.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance to assist Business Units in planning of workload.
