Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops Revenue Ops or similar roles
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Highly organized proactive and comfortable driving change

Day to day
- Analyze the sales funnel to uncover bottlenecks gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements that speed up deal progression and revenue growth
- Build dashboards forecasts and actionable insights from sales data to support strategic decisions and stronger team prioritization
- Define document and refine scalable sales processes while ensuring smooth collaboration across Sales Marketing and Customer Success
- Own and optimize the sales tech stack including CRM automation and reporting tools to improve data integrity and operational efficiency
- Act as a connective layer across the revenue lifecycle aligning handoffs metrics and workflows between teams
