  • 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops Revenue Ops or similar roles
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and KPIs
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar
  • Ability to design and implement scalable processes
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Highly organized proactive and comfortable driving change

Day to day

  • Analyze the sales funnel to uncover bottlenecks gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements that speed up deal progression and revenue growth
  • Build dashboards forecasts and actionable insights from sales data to support strategic decisions and stronger team prioritization
  • Define document and refine scalable sales processes while ensuring smooth collaboration across Sales Marketing and Customer Success
  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack including CRM automation and reporting tools to improve data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Act as a connective layer across the revenue lifecycle aligning handoffs metrics and workflows between teams
