Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Operations Order Management or Supply Chain coordination
- Hands-on experience with order-to-cash or order-to-invoice processes
- Familiarity with international shipping customs Incoterms and export documentation
- Required experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite SAP HubSpot or Salesforce
- Prior experience working with teams in Asia
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle and act as the operational backbone for the Asia Pacific Sales team.
- Coordinate forecasting demand planning CRM reporting product configuration and order execution across Sales Supply Chain Operations Finance and Service.
- Drive accurate delivery schedules backlog visibility deployment readiness and customer journey alignment from purchase order to customer acceptance.
