Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations Finance Operations or similar role
- Experience supporting billing invoicing and customer lifecycle processes
- Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously including CRM billing and financial tools
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and financial systems
- HubSpot and QuickBooks NetSuite or PandaDocs experience strongly preferred
Nice to have
- SaaS background
- Subscription business experience
- VMS industry knowledge
- Workflow automation familiarity
- Document management experience
- Contract lifecycle management
Day to day
- Generate review and distribute accurate customer invoices on schedule
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices using established processes
- Support customer onboarding renewals and contract administration across Sales Finance Accounting and Legal
- Maintain clean system records deal pipelines and billing data while escalating discrepancies and at risk items
