• Assist customers in configuring and customizing our solutions, participate in solution design discussions, and contribute to best practices.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, conduct technical discussions, and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Support sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs, collaborate with sales operations and marketing teams.
