Requirements
- Previous experience in sales within any professional service such as legal insurance banking or recruitment
- Previous experience of using a case management system
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with clients
- Tenacity with the ability to drive sales in a target driven environment
- The ability to work well individually and within a team
Day to day
- Contact clients to promote Co-op Legal Services and our family departments USP's handling each call with empathy
- Handle objections competently on price and offerings
- Accurately record history notes within our case management system
- Follow contact strategies for clients who haven't answered the phone
- Collaborate within a small team and share opportunities for improvement
- Cross sell when the opportunity arises
- Assist in collecting management information
Hiring process
