Remote Sales Specialist - Legal Services Job in Manchester, UK Co-op

Who you are

• Previous experience in sales within any professional service such as legal insurance banking or recruitment
• Previous experience of using a case management system
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with clients
• Tenacity with the ability to drive sales in a target driven environment
• The ability to work well individually and within a team

What the job involves

• Contact clients to promote Co-op Legal Services and our family departments USP's handling each call with empathy
• Handle objections competently on price and offerings
• Accurately record history notes within our case management system
• Follow contact strategies for clients who haven't answered the phone
• Collaborate within a small team and share opportunities for improvement
• Cross sell when the opportunity arises
• Assist in collecting management information
