Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience
- Life sciences and healthcare domain expertise
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud
- Experience with Patient Member Profiles Care Plans Care Programs Care Teams Health Timelines Assessments Care Gaps and Utilization Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex LWC Flows Triggers Batch Apex and Salesforce APIs
- Integration architecture experience with REST SOAP middleware FHIR and HL7
- Experience with EHR EMR integrations and payer provider workflows
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model data access sharing rules consent management and compliance
- Experience with DevOps and CI CD tools such as Copado Git Azure DevOps and Jenkins
- Experience leading all phases of the delivery lifecycle
- Ability to review and approve technical designs and manage technical debt
- Experience mentoring and guiding distributed Salesforce teams
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations

- Translate complex healthcare business needs into robust Salesforce designs and mentor multi-shore teams across development testing and deployment
