What the job involves

• Analyse and enhance Domino's business processes to improve customer service and create a best-in-class CRM and Aftermarket function
• Work closely with management and end-users to translate their needs into innovative system solutions using Salesforce Lightning and associated products
• Design and develop Lightning pages to optimise business processes, save time, and reduce errors
• Provide expert support for Force.com implementation, resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless delivery of IT-related business process improvement projects
• Create documentation and training courses to empower Domino staff to maximize system usage
