Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience building email templates and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven end-to-end campaign execution experience including segmentation email setup QA testing scheduling and launch
  • Experience with SFMC tools including Email Studio Mobile Studio and Journey Builder
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template building or editing
  • Strong understanding of personalization dynamic content segmentation best practices and AMPscript
  • Exceptional attention to detail with accurate error-free campaign deployment
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific campaigns personally built and deployed in SFMC
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Day to day

  • Support the execution and daily operation of the CRM program to deliver targeted customer communications
  • Build test and deploy email SMS and lifecycle campaigns with careful QA and flawless launch execution
  • Maintain customer data segmentation dashboards and reporting to improve engagement retention and campaign performance
