Requirements
- 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform with Apex SOQL and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce API development including Apex REST SOAP Connect REST API or GraphQL
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 on Salesforce including connected apps JWT bearer client credentials and Named or External Credentials
- Experience with asynchronous Apex and strong understanding of governor limits bulkification and query performance
- Knowledge of secure coding practices including CRUD FLS sharing model SOQL injection prevention and CORS or CSP Trusted Sites
- Source-driven development experience with SFDX and Git
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through middleware or direct API
- Clear written communication for design docs API specs and stakeholder explanations

- Service Cloud knowledge
- Experience Cloud familiarity
- Certinia PSA familiarity
- Middleware experience
- Audited environment exposure
Day to day
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions for Customer Support Customer Experience and Professional Services teams using Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Certinia PSA
- Develop custom invocable Apex actions prompt templates grounding logic Apex REST services and GraphQL or Connect API integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and support secure scalable delivery through SFDX CI pipelines and collaborative reviews with stakeholders
