Requirements
- Strong Apex development skills
- Experience building Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs including REST and SOAP
- Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL
- Experience using declarative Salesforce tools such as Flow Process Builder and Validation Rules
- Comfortable designing and consuming services and APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent skill level
- Experience with SFDX and Salesforce CI advantageous
- Experience with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud advantageous

Day to day
- Design and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within a dedicated product squad to improve customer experience.
- Implement new features using the most suitable tools and technologies while supporting a busy multi-channel contact centre and transaction website services.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, research emerging technologies, and help reduce technical debt through functional and technical improvements.
