Requirements
- Strong Apex development skills
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs including REST and SOAP
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with declarative tools such as Flow Process Builder and Validation Rules
- Comfortable designing and consuming services and APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent skill level
- Experience with SFDX and Salesforce CI advantageous
- Experience with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud advantageous

Day to day
- Develop and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within a product-focused squad.
- Implement new features using the most suitable tools and technologies.
- Partner with Business Analysts to design practical solutions and improve customer experience.
- Investigate emerging technologies and technical debt to strengthen the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Act as a technical expert for Service Cloud development across a busy multi-channel environment.
