Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience with strong Service Cloud exposure
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow development and advanced process automation
- Strong Apex programming skills with unit testing experience
- Experience with DevOps practices including Git branching and automated deployments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I or II and Service Cloud Consultant preferred
- Awareness of accessibility standards and testing
Day to day
- Build and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features including case management knowledge base workflows and automation
- Develop robust Salesforce Flows and write clean scalable Apex code including classes triggers and components
- Use DevOps tools and Agile practices to deliver secure production-ready features and support live applications
