Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce implementation experience
- 3+ years of Apex LWC and Visualforce programming experience
- 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
- 2+ years working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Familiarity with Messaging for in-app and web components
- Experience implementing a CTI solution for Salesforce
- Experience implementing case automation through Omnichannel
- Familiarity with performing admin tasks in Salesforce

Day to day
- Lead the definition design architecture implementation and delivery of Slate’s CRM system
- Partner with sales and customer support teams to optimize Salesforce and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate Salesforce with other Slate systems and support end-to-end quality from code to deployment
