Who you are
- Experienced in a mid to large Salesforce Consulting Partner environment.
- Holds a minimum of three Consultant level certifications in Salesforce and ideally Architect level.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills with over three years of experience in leading teams.
- Possesses commercial acumen and technical skills with a growth mindset.
- Able to travel to London a few times per month.

- Oversee the development of a new Salesforce team from strategic planning and go-to-market approaches to team building and project delivery.
- Lead strategic initiatives for core salesforce projects within the Mid-Market & Enterprise sectors
