- Ability to solve complex cross-domain technical problems

- Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Software Engineer in complex digital or platform environments
- Proven track record influencing technical direction without direct line management responsibility
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience adhering to architectural frameworks security standards and data privacy requirements
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication
- Ability to lead teams coordinate with multiple vendors and drive technical decisions

Day to day

- Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD automation testing observability release processes and secure-by-design practices
- Ensure platform reliability performance resilience and support AI-enabled tooling and automation practices
