- Experience in driving Salesforce User Adoption and Change Management
- Worked in a matrix and pan-European organisation
- Knowledge of AGILE principles
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Represent the voice of the sales organisation
- Create and own user stories/business requirements documents
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers
- Ensure alignment between current and new Salesforce Org
