Requirements

  • Three years of project management and/or coordination experience
  • PMP Certification and/or equivalent certification and experience utilizing Agile methodology is a plus
  • At least 2+ years experience in the delivery of Salesforce projects within a consulting environment
  • A Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
  • Competent in using project management software, including Monday.com and Jira
  • Excel pro with at least one year of experience and proficiency with v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams
  • Experience working with a third party implementation partner
  • Work with little direction and employ critical thinking skills to solve complex delivery dependency problems
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable getting deep into the details of a project
  • Familiar with high-growth operations & problem-solving in fast-paced tech spaces.
  • Track record of on-time delivery of projects and anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin certification

Day to day

  • The Salesforce Project Manager will support the CRM Program Manager and play a key role in the successful implementation of Salesforce across the Sales and Customer Support organizations
  • In this position, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and technical organizations, along with implementation partners and technology vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and with ample communication throughout the entire organization
  • You'll drive and support each phase of project planning and execution, from initial brainstorming and requirement gathering to scheduling, reporting, and presenting results
