- SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll business and technical knowledge, configuration, and testing
- Ability to gather, understand, interpret requirements, document in functional specifications and design documents
- Managing client relationships, ensuring stakeholders informed
- Identify potential issues, escalate for decisions and resolutions
- Collaborative work across partners and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Commercial awareness of client arrangements
- Competent in MS Office
- 5+ years SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll, 2 years as senior consultant
- Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge, ability to act independently in complex situations, improve work processes
- Excellent knowledge of UK legislation
- Experience in support team ticket handling to SLA's, managing workload
- Strong operational and process knowledge of HR and Payroll
- Experience of SuccessFactors is a benefit
What the job involves
- Support our UK and Ireland customer base with their on-premise and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Provide solutions for complex issues, maintenance and quality assurance.
- Design and test new solutions based on business needs and agreed requirements.
