Who you are

• 7+ years experience as a Payroll Technical Consultant
• 4+ years of SAP ECP
• Active Certification in SuccessFactors Modules (EC & EC Payroll)
• 3 full life-cycle implementations leading or managing SuccessFactors programs including Employee Central, EC Payroll (UK & Ireland Payroll)
• Extensive experience in SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll with end to end understanding of Solution Architecture
• Good communication skills
• Experience leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model

What the job involves

• Build the initial ECP product within the current SF environment and lead the technology build and configuration within the company.
• Ensure successful implementations by meeting client requirements and expectations, advising on impacts of decisions, guiding on product options, providing best practices and driving adoption.
• Align with other SF consultants on configuration, workflow, and data.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Manage and support ECP as the SME for the business during implementations and post-implementation.
• Liaise and work with project management team to deliver on time.
• Provide best practice advice during UAT and data migration, support upgrades and train super users on platform use.
• Ensure understanding of project economics and deliver to budget.
• Regularly update and maintain product knowledge.
• Help manage implementation of new or revised processes like integration, data migration, testing, and training.
• Assist with development and implementation of support processes for the product.
• Contribute to and support existing governance forums and design authorities, providing SMEs for HR systems.
• Administer the solution and ensure effective resolution of issues based on agreed SLAs.
