Requirements
- Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing on SAP transformation programmes
- Strong SAP functional or domain knowledge with SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable
- Experience creating UAT strategies test plans and test cases from the ground up
- Strong understanding of UAT governance defect management and business readiness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead business users through structured testing activities
- Comfortable working on-site in Ireland when required

Day to day
- Own the User Acceptance Testing workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Build the UAT capability, governance, processes and testing approach from the ground up.
- Lead business stakeholders and project teams through structured testing, defect resolution and business readiness activities.
