Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Engineering or related field with 10+ years of applicable work experience OR advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable work experience
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience in PI Planning Agile Transformation Jira Confluence and Metrics
- Scaled SAFe Agile certified and active practitioner as an RTE Solution Train Manager PO or Scrum Master
- Experience in a large transformation with ability to upskill teams and drive agile process maturity
- Deep experience coaching teams in SAFe or similar scaled frameworks
- Able to step into delivery roles when needed and lead by example
- Strong facilitator with passion for team development and agile maturity
- Comfortable building standards process guides and reusable operating models
- Good communication skills
Nice to have
- ITIL V4 certified
- Organizational Change Management certified
Day to day
- Coach teams and leaders in adopting SAFe and scaled agile delivery practices
- Onboard new teams into scaled agile ways of working and strengthen delivery maturity
- Facilitate PI Planning and other key ceremonies while developing runbooks operating models and playbooks
- Step into Scrum Master Product Owner or RTE roles when needed and model effective agile behaviors
