- 2-3 years of paid experience in a healthcare clinical setting or related area
- Experience must be in the same related field
- Part-time and PRN experience prorated by hours worked
- Volunteer work and academic-credit internships not counted

Day to day
- Obtains and verifies patient information to support accurate appointment scheduling within clinical services.
- Schedules patient appointments using manual or computerized systems while matching provider availability with patient preferences.
- Coordinates surgical cases and pre-admission testing and maintains precise records to improve workflow and resource use.
