Scrum Master- Agile Coach

Day to day

• Create a multi-year strategic plan and group applications portfolios with the proposed different Agile principles strategies
• Identify pilot approach for the plan coach pilot groups and measure success of the implementation and lessons learned
• Asses the current team and identify the role gaps
• Define Agile roles which are necessary for the client and aligning staff to appropriate Agile roles
• Accessing the team needs and advising on necessary coaching and training for the Agile team members of all spectrums eg- Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Develop Stories to achieve objectives are identified for first sprint or two
• Identify map and account for all dependencies in scheduling
• Identify mitigate and document risks
• Develop and manage burn charts and sprint plan that lists sprint goals and objectives as well as product owner approved list of user stories features and epics planned to be completed in each sprint
• List any stories features epics not completed along with reason for non-completion and plans to prevent similar issues from happening in the future
• Mentoring Agile teams to enable the transition to SAFe Agile
• Guide teams to develop an agile mind set
• Conflict resolution and impediment removal as teams navigate and adapt to the new development process
• Support Client with Agile principles and methodologies
• Identify relevant metrics and define the Agile measurement system
• Produce monthly metrics report for key applications
• Provide Status report to client
• Improve engagement between teams and stakeholders
• Setup regular audits for measuring process readiness and adherence
• Assist teams with meeting pre-planning scheduling daily scrum and retro and reviews
• Assist Business Owners in crafting user stories
• Able to communicate with government business users
