Requirements
- 5+ years in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master Project Manager or Agile Coach
- Prior experience in biotech pharma or life sciences preferably in Commercial or Clinical Development
- Hands-on Jira experience for backlog management reporting and portfolio tracking
- Experience working in hybrid Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to coordinate across PST and EST time zones
- Client-facing consulting experience with a strong record of success

Day to day
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for one or more delivery teams and keep sprint work moving smoothly

- Coordinate complex hybrid programs across IT data management regulatory operations and vendors while removing roadblocks
