- Minimum 7 years experience leading Agile Scrum teams.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in web and desktop application software environments.
- Comfortable in Agile Development Methodology, specifically Scrum.

Day to day
- Provide guidance for technical staff.
- Experience working with engineering teams.
- Managing cross-functional project teams.
- Utilize Agile methodology for product delivery.
- Gather and scope requirements, coordinating feature set deployments.
- Facilitate inter-team coordination and communication.
- Coach teams on lean/agile practices.
- Shield team from external interference and remove impediments.
