Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field preferred
• Certified Scrum Master
• 3+ years experience with JIRA
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
• 3 years of experience in IT project management or a related field
• Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver solutions
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer literacy skills

What the job involves

• Determining and managing issues bugs risks and action items
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings and decision-making processes
• Monitoring progress and performance to help teams make planning and delivery improvements
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• Tracking project processes deliverables to business and product
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Maintain collaborative partnership with the Product team
• Balance company/customer expectations with internal technical needs
• Maintain project plans with relevant team members
• Identify and schedule resources needed for project elements
• Oversee the implementation schedule of project deliverables
