Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field preferred
- Certified Scrum Master
- 3+ years experience with JIRA
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- 3 years of experience in IT project management or a related field
- Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver solutions
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
Day to day
- Determining and managing issues bugs risks and action items
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings and decision-making processes
- Monitoring progress and performance to help teams make planning and delivery improvements
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Tracking project processes deliverables to business and product
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain collaborative partnership with the Product team
- Balance company/customer expectations with internal technical needs
- Maintain project plans with relevant team members
- Identify and schedule resources needed for project elements
- Oversee the implementation schedule of project deliverables
