Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage stakeholders across different time zones
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing issues
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Proven ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of software development processes and practices is a plus

What the job involves

• Facilitating daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies
• Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring the clarity of user stories
• Identifying and removing impediments or blockers that may hinder the team’s progress
• Fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to share ideas and take ownership of their work
• Promoting and supporting the team in self-organization and continuous improvement
• Monitoring and reporting on key Agile metrics to track team performance and productivity
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and management
• Advocating for the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization
• Encouraging the team to experiment and learn from their experiences to drive innovation and efficiency
