Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage stakeholders across different time zones
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing issues
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Proven ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Knowledge of software development processes and practices is a plus

Facilitating daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies
Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring the clarity of user stories
Identifying and removing impediments or blockers that may hinder the team’s progress
Fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to share ideas and take ownership of their work
Promoting and supporting the team in self-organization and continuous improvement
Monitoring and reporting on key Agile metrics to track team performance and productivity
Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and management
Advocating for the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization
Encouraging the team to experiment and learn from their experiences to drive innovation and efficiency
