Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Leader
  • US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
  • Experience with customer facing web and/or mobile applications, DevOps, and acceptance test driven development
  • Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and ask clarifying questions
  • Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Work with product owner and product team to manage product backlog grooming process
  • Perform active risk management throughout the development and release lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility in day-to-day work and strong collaboration skills
  • Listen and consider input from other team members
  • Passion for managing and exceeding customer expectations
  • Experience with Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services or other Govt agencies is a plus
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus

Day to day

  • Use your expertise and experience in Agile and scrum practices to help drive SAFe best practices
  • Coach and mentor the team through the SAFe agile methodology
  • Work to remove impediments and participate in team activities
  • Support sprint ceremonies and develop user stories
  • Support Project Managers overseeing Government customers

Hiring process

  • Remote position Occasional Travel up to 5% to 10% Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
