What the job involves
- Scrum Master will play a vital role driving Technology & Operations Remediations in the Governance Organization through the Remediation Policy
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings with Functional Remediation Coordinators (FRCs) and through coaching practices and knowledge of SCRUM reporting status reporting typical and basic project management practices
- Help and challenge the Functional Remediation Coordinators to successfully manage their remediation projects
- Provide business lift in this environment even if they have limited working knowledge of remediation practices
- Leverage Agile framework and manage a scrum standup for 30-90 minutes
- Facilitate POD/Scrum behavioral management and champion team operating mechanics/behavior
- Own regular communication reporting triggers escalations of all remediations assigned to their specific POD
- Help the FRC to critically think about reported milestones and understand project health and overall status
- Inspect and coach the FRC on status reporting updating milestone tracking and anecdotal summary comments for status reporting in daily scrum POD meetings

- Scrum Master will play a vital role driving Technology & Operations Remediations in the Governance Organization through the Remediation Policy. The Scrum Master will facilitate daily scrum meetings with Functional Remediation Coordinators (FRCs) and through coaching practices and knowledge of SCRUM reporting, status reporting, typical and basic project management practices; a SCRUM master will help and challenge the Functional Remediation Coordinators to successfully manage their remediation projects. The Scrum Master will be able to provide business lift in this environment even if they have limited working knowledge of remediation practices. Deliverables And Milestones Assigned and responsible for a functional POD of resources working on a specific portfolio of remediations (Example: Servicing/Collections). Leverage Agile framework and have a standard set time, daily, early morning EST, to manage a scrum standup for 30-90 minutes. Facilitate POD/Scrum behavioral management and champions/coaches' team operating mechanics/behavior. Ability to help FRCs with their work by asking questions to help break down obstacles. Uses critical thinking skills and effective challenge to help direct the FRCs. Owns regular communication/reporting/triggers/escalations of all remediations assigned to their specific POD by inspecting and coaching the FRC on status reporting, updating milestone tracking, and anecdotal summary comments for status reporting. This is performed in daily scrum POD meetings. Helps the FRC to critically think about reported milestones, accountability and understand project health and overall status.
