Who you are
- 1-3 years leading multiple development teams using Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Experience within software engineering and familiar with product development and launch cycles
- Motivated and self-driven
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expertise with various agile and software development tools like JIRA
- Demonstrable history of leading agile/scrum projects in cross-functional organizations
- Ability to influence and coach senior leadership in agile practice
