  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • Experience within software engineering and familiar with product development and launch cycles
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise with various agile and software development tools like JIRA
  • Demonstrable history of leading agile/scrum projects in cross-functional organizations
  • Ability to influence and coach senior leadership in agile practice

Day to day

  • Lead the agile/scrum practice and sprint teams.
  • Facilitate conversations with product managers and leadership.
  • Manage projects for the engineering department.
